Okunoin Hotel Tokugawa has rooms to suit any preference. YUGOKORO NO MA [GINRYU] rooms feature an open-air hot spring bath. KIGOKORO NO MA [TSUKISHIRO] rooms offer views of the stars when the weather permits. The Annex [AQUA] features a private garden with water basin and dedicated open-air bath. Some rooms have Ginyu no ma, protected by the dragon known as 'Water God'. All rooms include free WiFi, premium bedding, air conditioning, and a safe. Guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box. All guest rooms have the bathroom, toilet, shower booth, open air bath. Smoking is not allowed in all the rooms. Some rooms include a coffee maker, air cleaner, washlet, liquid crystal television, and humidifier.

Guests of Okunoin Hotel Tokugawa can enjoy Nikko Kaiseki cuisine at the dining restaurant [KURA], which offers table seating. A free full breakfast is served. The hotel prepares Japanese sake, Jizake, and wine. The hotel can accommodate allergies as much as possible.

Okunoin Hotel Tokugawa is a 6-minute drive from Nikko Toshogu Shrine and a 10-minute drive from Nikko Train Station. Tobu Nikko is a 10-minute drive away. The hotel is 100 km from Ibaraki. A transportation service departs from the hotel at 9 AM, 10 AM, and 11 AM bound for Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Nikko Station.

Okunoin Hotel Tokugawa provides luggage delivery service. Free parking is available for 20 standard-size cars. Guests arriving after check-in hours must inform the property in advance and are requested to provide an estimated time of arrival in the Special Request section upon booking. Welcome drinks are available. The hotel uses natural mineral water pumped up from about 70m underground for all the tap water. Shuttle bus pick up can be requested. Luggage delivery service is available from Tobu Nikko Station's Hands-Free Travel Counters (Yamato Transport Co., Ltd) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
