Some units feature a balcony with city or sea views. The rooms also include a safe deposit box, a carpeted floor, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A refrigerator, coffeemaker, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board are standard. Located on the top floors (18 & 19), Club Rooms are accessible via express elevator and offer separate living areas and lanais. Certain configurations include sofa beds and large lanais.

Guests can dine at Appetito Craft Pizza & Wine Bar, offering Neapolitan-style pizza and a wine list, open daily from 3 PM to 9 PM, with happy hour from 3 PM to 6 PM.
