Ocean House has 49 guestrooms and 20 Signature Suites inspired by the oceanfront. Accommodations feature wooden furnishings, a color scheme and New England artwork. Rooms include wireless internet, voicemail, and flat-screen televisions. Signature Suites offer coastal New England lodgings, ranging from studios to four-bedroom layouts. Cottages provide private accommodations, ideal for families or groups, and include access to hotel amenities. Cottages feature between two and seven bedrooms. Some cottages come equipped with seasonal swimming pools, laundry facilities, seasonal fireplaces and hot tubs. Each cottage provides four bicycles for guest use. Grand Deluxe Guest Rooms offer 600 square feet of space, a sitting area with a seasonal fireplace, and an outdoor terrace with ocean views. Select first-floor Club King rooms connect to the Club Room Terrace and provide outdoor seating and a seasonal fireplace. The 700-square-foot Deluxe Studios feature partial ocean views, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a pull-out sofa.
