our ryanair flight had an unexpected diversion. we landed in santiago quite late. the friendly staff handled over 180 unscheduled travellers with grace. i got a very spacious room with comfortable king-size beds.
the air conditioning did not function properly, a shame. the room stayed at a consistent 24 degrees celsius at night. it impacted my rest after traveling.

my double room was spacious and well kept. it included two separate twin beds. the room also had a large window overlooking the gardens, which allowed lots of light, something i appreciate. it was really pleasant.
