“While a contract with liability clauses was presented upon arrival without providing a copy to the guest, and a discrepancy arose between the booking confirmation's stated check-in time and the actual room availability, some amenities listed were accurately provided. I noted concerns regarding room cleanliness and odor. Prepayment was processed despite confirmation stating it was unnecessary, and the promised balcony with a lake view was not available, with the room instead facing an adjacent building.”
