The Chef prepares exquisite dishes using only vegetable oils, cooked at low temperatures or steamed.
Spa and Wellness
The Nun Spa Museum features Roman influences. The 'path' of subterranean pools and saunas includes a Tepidarium, Caldarium, Sudatorium, and Frigidarium with varied temperatures and humidities. Guests can access the Calidarium after acclimating in the Tepidarium, and the Sudatorium after the Calidarium. Access to the Frigidarium is suggested after the Sudatorium for 5-10 minutes. The spa has limestone pillars and offers wellness treatments. Guests have access to a relaxation area before entering the Calidarium and after the path. Luxurious stone bathrooms feature plush towels and robes, a selection of Nun-branded toiletries, and drenching rain showers.

Nun Relais enjoys a quiet spot in the historical heart of Assisi and is located right in front of the big parking lot in Piazza Giacomo Matteotti. The Basilica di San Francesco is a 15-minute walk away. All points of cultural interest in the city are easily accessible by foot. Sant'Egidio is 25 km away and Nun Assisi Relais & Spa Museum is 30 minutes by car from Perugia P.S.G.
