I found the attentive service during breakfast quite really good. The food selection was great. I appreciated the fresh Polish beet juice too. The location proves fantastic, and the concert hall lies close by.

the breakfast included a great selection of foods and plenty of choices were available. the gym was well-equipped, so i did my regular workout. the staff were very nice, they were always smiling.

the parking fee was pretty expensive.

The room i had felt a bit dated. The furniture showed some wear and tear. the bathroom faucet dripped constantly, it was quite annoying. also, i was surprised that there was no complimentary water provided in the room. I had to purchase it from the lobby shop. the parking fee felt a bit steep too, considering the hotel location, it was a significant extra cost.

The hotel provided water fountains on every floor. I found them useful. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the great choice and healthy options available. The staff was lovely, and they were very helpful with everything I needed.

The rooms are a LITTLE small, and the furniture appears slightly worn. this did not affect the quality of my stay.

The breakfast buffet was HUGE! they had so many options. the gym had plenty of equipment. I saw treadmills and weights. the location was quite central. I could walk to many places.

My room did NOT have enough light. the pillows were too soft. I had trouble sleeping. the air conditioning was quite noisy. It kept me awake.

the restaurant provided excellent food choices and healthy options also. the staff was lovely and quite helpful to guests. there were water fountains on every floor (i found this very useful).

the rooms are a smaller side. (i think some furniture seemed scratched.) i was informed about lack of warm water this night by the paper notice in elevator. (it was a dirty move).
