"The Novotel hotel in Constantine is the best choice stop for your stay, clean, quite while in the center of the town, the stuff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was excellent, however I wish they limit the amount of food someone can take until the person finishes his dish to avoid waste of food...., Best of luck I love it"
