the location is really good. you can reach piccadilly circus area by walking distance.

My room was large and located at top floor. i could feel sunlight very much since the weather was great. there was no breakfast offered, though various places to eat around the hotel are within walking distance. i would have preferred breakfast to be included.

The staff was helpful and efficient. baker street tube station was a short walk away. It was very handy. i left my luggage there after checking out. This helped a lot.

nothing regarding the hotel or the room was available in writing. only one notice covered fire escape procedures. the aircon rattled noisily all night.

The duvet cover could have been a bit larger, as it didn't quite cover the entire bed with two people.
