i appreciated the mini fridge in the room it was very useful. basic toiletries were included i found them convenient. the staff was friendly i felt welcomed.

my room needed a good dusting at a higher level it was noticeable. the decor felt dated it could use some updating. the wifi signal was weak it kept disconnecting.

The staff was really friendly. They included a kettle in the room with a selection of hot drinks.

The hotel felt dated, and the decor showed age. The WiFi was weak (it kept dropping out).

delicious breakfast helpful staff clean room noise level sound insulation early disturbance

The breakfast was delicious. i really liked that it was close to the tower. the staff was very helpful. Zeva, especially, was always there. the room was very clean, which i greatly appreciated.

the noise level was not tolerable. i could hear guests that were tradesmen getting up before 5 am. they showed no concern for other guests, disappointing. the sound insulation was nearly nonexistent.

excellent stay, above and beyond expectations!

cute host complimentary water tea selection dedicated staff

the host was cute! she provided complimentary water bottles and replenished tea and milk, greatly appreciated. they even helped us locate a lost ring, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. the staff were really good in every aspect!

honestly, the wifi signal was a tiny bit weak at times, it occasionally dropped, but it wasn't a huge issue.

our room was clean and spacious, complete with a large bathroom. we found a good selection of complimentary tea and coffees. a pack of welcome biscuits to enjoy. the bed was very comfortable too!

breakfast was excellent and also very good value, costing just 7 pounds per person. the portions were perfect. my friend requested extractions for dietary needs and this was accommodated for without any fuss, the food was AMAZING!!!

The location was quiet, but it was only a short walk to the seafront, roughly ten minutes. the hotel had off-road parking. It was a bonus. it made arrival and departure very easy for us.
