“Normas Hotel sits right in Amman's old city center, a location that can be both a blessing and a curse, given the lively street noise. What it might lack in soundproofing, it makes up for in value and the attentive service of its staff. For travelers who prioritize immersion and price over absolute quiet, it presents a compelling option.”
