Breakfast and Drinks
A continental breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, costing 17 EUR per person. The reception bar serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM, inside or on the terraces. Non-alcoholic options include tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sodas, water, and juice. Things to Do
The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Mala Beach, described by Traveller Magazine as one of Cote d'Azur's most beautiful beaches. Guests can rent beach towels for 5 EUR per towel per day or 10 EUR per person for the entire stay. A tennis club with two courts is a 5-minute walk. Monaco offers museums and panoramic boat trips with underwater vision. Boat rental is available; a boat license is needed. The Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo is nearby. The hotel team can recommend restaurants, activities, and beaches.
Location and Transport
Hotel Normandy is located in Cap d'Ail, near Monaco, in the South of France. Monaco Heliport is 5 km away. Nice-Côte d'Azur International Airport is a 30-minute drive via the A8 motorway. The Cap d'Ail train station is about 1 km away. Bus number 100 goes towards Monaco/Menton. A taxi to Nice Airport costs approximately 100 EUR and takes about 25 minutes, depending on traffic. The hotel offers free parking spaces around the hotel. Uber services are readily available.
Hotel Services
The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals outside of these hours, a password is provided. Luggage storage is available from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Upon request, a baby cot and toys can be provided. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 35 EUR per day for deep cleaning. Extra pillows and blankets are available upon request. An iron is available in the lower ground floor. Adaptors are available in reception. Safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit.
