the POOL area was somewhat inconsistent. One day, guests were told there were no sunbeds. This seems unacceptable considering the prices. another day, many children splashed in the pool. I don't mind children, but this was nice. The hotel should decide if it is for families or adults.

my stay had some issues. the reception staff lacked warmth, failing to even offer a smile or assistance with luggage. they also seemed annoyed to drive us to the beach. it was disappointing, especially considering the price.

the room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. it featured a large balcony that opened to a amazing panorama of the ocean. waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. the staff were great, ensuring every need met. antonio at the reception provided a smooth check-in.

the jacuzzi wasn't cleaned well, disappointing. the rest of the hotel was sublime though. I hope they address this .

the infinity pool did looked nice, just like in the pictures.

the beach shuttle? what a joke. the driver seemed annoyed to have to drive guests, and when i got to the beach, it's public. no space between chairs and loud music all day. what a disappointment.
