basic toiletries working hairdryer
i stayed in a standard double or twin room. the provided toiletries were minimal, which i found a little basic. i was however happy to find a working hairdryer in the bathroom, a real plus.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

smooth qr code system central location amazing reception staff
the reception staff are amazing. the qr code system for parking worked smoothly and efficiently. plus, the location is unbeatable. It's so central!
Honestly, the only minor hiccup was that the bathroom cleaning wasn't perfect. i noticed some hairs around the toilet. A little more attention there would make everything flawless.
