Beach villas range from 95 to 121 sqm, featuring a sundeck opening onto the beach and an open-air bathing pavilion. Sunset Beach Villas face west. Some beach villas have a courtyard or beach pool. Overwater villas range from 77 to 153 sqm, featuring a sundeck over the lagoon and direct lagoon access. Some overwater villas offer an infinity pool and a separate living room. All villas have ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, sitting area, patio, soundproofed rooms, garden furniture, free toiletries, electric kettle, AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and parquet floor.
