The staff offered EXCELLENT service, always ready to assist with directions. The room had a bright atmosphere with comfortable bed. The parking area had improved significantly since my previous visit, I noticed. Breakfast included various options. I chose the full English combination, delicious.

wonderful stay
friendly staff mountain view decent bathroom
i found the staff friendly and accommodating. they handled our late check-in seamlessly. the room we had included decent-sized rooms and bathrooms. the mountain views were also a lovely addition.
i noticed some noise from the street, with general late-night activity.

insufficient storage pub noise
my allocated room felt quite small i think it lacked sufficient storage i had to keep some items in my luggage. the noise from the pub was noticeable even with the windows closed. earplugs were necessary to get a decent night's sleep

cute staff clean room great atmosphere
The staff was cute. Chantelle was always helpful and had a lovely smile. The room was clean. The pub had a lovely atmosphere.
I had difficulty with car parking. It was used by people not staying at the hotel. It was almost always full.
