The George Inn enjoys a superb central location in Braunton, with the added convenience of free parking nearby, a definite plus for many visitors. Guests often appreciate the clean and modern rooms, especially the comfortable beds and efficient kettles, and some have noted the thoughtfulness of providing dog baskets. A good cooked breakfast is widely enjoyed; however, a few guests have mentioned that some aspects of the building could benefit from some sprucing up. The hotel's proximity to the South West Coast Path, approximately 15 minutes' walk away, is another frequently highlighted advantage.
