Excellent stay in a perfect location

friendly attitudecomfortable bedwalkable locationexcellent location
Mark greeted me with a good and friendly attitude. He was such a pleasure to deal with. I found the bed comfortable. I walked to all destinations I planned to visit. The location proves excellent for anyone visiting.
The carpet showed stains in a couple of places, so I did not walk barefoot on it. The room felt smaller than I expected.
Rooms
9/10
The room included perfect linens and towels. They felt very soft against my skin. A spacious layout allowed easy movement. The climate control kept the room at an ideal temperature consistently.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offered complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby area. Front desk staff were helpful, offering public transport tips. Daily housekeeping services provided clean towels. They also made the beds each day.
Location
10/10
The hotel sits on a perfect location. I appreciated the short walks to many stores and restaurants. The area felt quite safe and inviting, even late at night. I walked everywhere with no need to take transportation.

A restaurant just steps from the hotel provided convenient dining options. I also appreciated the variety of cuisines available in the surrounding area. Several cafes offered quick breakfast options. I also found healthy alternatives in the area.

mixed feelings about this stay

small bathroomcold water
the bathroom felt quite cramped. the toilet's location right by the shower made it hard to move around. i also had to step into the shower to turn it on so a blast of cold water was an unwanted wake up call. this really wasn't ideal

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

helpful personnelexcellent locationstained carpet
The front desk personnel were very helpful. The hotel has an excellent location near shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Parking behind the building was super convenient and reasonable for this area.
The rooms are on the smaller side. I found the carpet to be stained in more than one place (so it could use some upkeep). Furnishings were minimal.
Rooms
9/10
The room was super clean. Beds felt comfortable. A robe was provided in my room, a welcome addition. The room included complimentary coffee and water.
Dining
10/10
The hotel is next door to Bittersweet Shoppe, a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. I tried the pearl sugar waffle (it tasted like heaven!). The French restaurant La Voile is downstairs.
Service
10/10
The staff were nice and helpful. They stored my luggage before and after check out. I found the lobby beverage station a great feature.

The staff were friendly. the location was prime, close to shops and restaurants. the lobby was clean and there was coffee and water available. it was nice to stay in a brownstone rather than a huge hotel. It felt quaint.
the bathroom was quite small. the toilet was directly in front of the shower, so i bumped into it getting in and out of the shower. counter space was also tiny.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. they provided step-by-step instructions and a photo of the parking lot when i inquired. the customer service was among the best i have experienced, and the staff cared about guest comfort.
