Rooms feature four layouts: Luxury Bay Window King (up to 285 square feet with a sitting area and bay windows), Luxury Double (up to 285 square feet with two XL-size double beds and optional bay windows), Deluxe Rooms (approximately 255 square feet with a queen-size bed and a desk), and Standard Rooms (210 square feet with a queen-size bed). All rooms include premium bedding and toiletries. Direct bookings may include rooms with Newbury Street views. Each room includes heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, a dining table, free toiletries, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and a carpeted floor. Select rooms provide a refrigerator and a 37-inch flat-screen TV with DVD player. Work desks and luggage benches are available in certain rooms.
