the room was super clean and newly renovated, i appreciated that. the pool and bar area provided a nice space. each day, the bedroom was cleaned, and i got free water. the staff seemed good and helpful with my requests.

the duvet did not cover the whole bed, a minor inconvenience.

I found the pool very inviting. It was clean and well-kept, i used it every day. the newly renovated room was super clean, a delight to come back to after a day out. It had everything i needed. the location was close to calis beach, really convenient.

the spa services required an additional fee, i was hoping it was included. this detail wasn't clear when i booked, so i was a little disappointed to find out upon arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located, a short distance from calis beach. It was easy to walk. buses to the city center are frequent. It was very easy to get around. there are many shops and restaurants nearby, though the parking was expensive!

A lovely escape!

clean pool helpful staff spacious balcony

The swimming pool offered a spotlessly clean and well kept area for relaxation. The bar beside the pool added a good touch to the atmosphere.. I found the staff in the restaurant kind and helpful. Our room was both clean and modern, with a balcony offering ample space.

Mediocre stay. Issues with lift

I was locked in the lift. The power was out. It eventually came back on after five minutes. The reception staff WASN'T sympathetic and didn't apologize.
