The hotel offers free parking on two floors, a huge plus. The location is close to many shops. The staff was friendly. Daily cleaning and fresh utility items were provided! I found the free parking very helpful.

They checked us in early which was awesome since we were super tired! the room was exactly what we wanted, so comfortable. abdul aziz qureshi at the front desk was friendly. the shuttle service to the haram was convenient. i loved the fridge and kettle in the room. Very useful.

the bathroom was a bit small, it lacked an air floor.

The hotel provides a shuttle to haram, it saved us so much walking time! a fridge is in the room, and a kettle is also available. We used them every day. the air conditioning worked very well.

mixed experience due to some issues

The provided key card often failed to work (it was quite frustrating). the reception staff attributed this to phone proximity, despite us not even carrying it with a phone. furthermore, the bathroom lacked adequate shelving in the shower area. Simple things like holding soap or shampoo were inconvenient. the wifi signal was also inconsistent and unreliable.

I stayed seven days, and it was amazing from arrival. riyad at the front desk checked us in early. ahmed and omar were especially helpful and always smiling. the cleaning team was excellent. They promptly provided fresh towels and cups upon request. the front desk team helped with our bags from the room to the taxi on departure.

the keycard system needs improvement. i left my keycard at reception, and someone else took it. a new card was issued, but this situation was alarming. this affected my overall rating of the hotel slightly.

the hotel is very close to the masjid extension. it is approximately a ten-minute walk to the haram, a convenient distance for daily prayers. you will encounter an uphill area when returning, so prepare for it
