i found the rooms to be really clean and well-equipped. the reception staff was very cute and helpful, particularly tarik at the front desk. i especially appreciated the warm hospitality i received. the room had all the basic things i needed, it felt cozy!

i loved the free shuttle service to the haram. it ran every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day! the check-in process was very smooth. a room attendant was very helpful. everything worked so well!!!

i noticed a slight delay in getting some basic room amenities upon arrival. i had to wait a bit for drinking water. it took some time for shower gel to arrive.

the room was tidy and clean. i found the beds including the pillows comfortable (i really needed a good night's sleep).

calling the reception from the room wasn't possible. if i needed anything, i had to go downstairs or find an employee outside the room. the shower bath was quite high, it might not be suitable for older guests.
