NASPA New Otani features large Japanese rooms suited to families, with 74m² of space. Some rooms include two large beds, plus a tatami mat area that sleeps three on futon bedding. Another room option has a 20 tatami mat area which can be separated into two rooms. Some rooms have living and dining areas, plus a bedroom with two large beds. All include: ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, trouser press, free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. One unit has two beds and three futons, while others have two beds, four beds, six futons, three beds, or nine futons. Suites feature one bedroom, a seating area, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. They also have air conditioning, tatami, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and a flat-screen TV. One suite offers five futons.
Dining Choices
NASPA New Otani features onsite restaurants with dishes presented on plates that enhance the appearance and seasonal theme. A wide range of dishes includes Hotel New Otani roast beef, red snow crab, sushi, and desserts. Guests can purchase Onigiri sets for 770 yen. Japanese sake and rice served at the restaurants are available at Shop NASPA.
Leisure and Activities
NASPA offers activities, including those to cool down. The Leisure Pool Aurora is popular during the summer. The hotel provides options for body massages, games for kids and parents, and a fitness gym. Ski Plan guests with lift tickets have choices, and a rental shop at the base of the ski hill provides equipment for all ski levels. NASPA Ski Garden is a skiers-only hill behind the hotel, where guests can meet Pingu. NASPA Kids Garden is a special area for young children with a moving escalator. E Course is an un-groomed course for intermediate skiers, while slope-style items like a kicker, box, and rail are available at the side of the course.

NASPA New Otani is in Yuzawa town in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Autumn offers comfortable temperatures and scenery. Nearby landmarks include Mondo Park (1 km), Shinsen Hot Spring (1 km), Ponshukan (1.5 km), NASPA Ski Garden (0.5 km), Atago Inari Daimyojin Shrine (0.5 km), GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort (2.5 km), and Omomizu Park (1.5 km). Guests can visit the Pongee Memorial Hall to learn about local crafts and Shiozawa Tsumugi.
Hotel Services
