a decent stay

helpful staff daily cleaning small sofa distant parking

the staff offered useful advice regarding local attractions. the breakfast included fresh items and catered to different tastes. the rooms were cleaned daily and towels were replaced regularly. the building's layout meant the rooms were quiet despite being in town.

i expected a room with two sofa beds. instead i got a smaller sofa with just a sheet and blanket on the cushion. parking was hard to find it was a ten minute walk from the hotel.

large variety excellent location faulty air conditioning lack of cleanliness

the hotel breakfast had a large variety. the owner and staff were very kind and attentive, it was great. the location of the hotel is also superb, the beach is a few minutes' walk away, and the old town is easy to explore.

the air conditioning didn't work, and no matter how much we complained, they kept saying it did. my daughter's room was cool, but ours was unbearable, we left a day early because it was too much. daily cleaning wasn't provided. there were many bugs

A Gem in the City Center

friendly staff central location easy access ample room

The staff was friendly. They were helpful with recommendations and always available to assist with any requests I had. I stayed in the Executive Suite, a well-appointed space that provided ample room to relax after a day of exploring. The location was central, and I had easy access to local shops and excellent restaurants.

The lighting in the room was somewhat dim at night. I found it challenging to read at times.

The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with local food based on traditional Cretan cuisine. It has many choices. This hotel is run by a very nice family and the ladies are fine, helpful, and cute.

faulty air conditioning early departure

the room was cleaned daily to a satisfactory standard.

I was pretty annoyed when the air conditioning in my room didn't work. despite my complaints, staff insisted it was fine (it was not). my daughter's room was cool, but mine was insufferable. I ended up leaving a day early because of the heat (it was unbearable).

The location is central, very close to shops and restaurants. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and it was well-appointed. The staff provided helpful advice. Their interest in guests was well appreciated.

Parking was difficult and required a ten-minute walk from the hotel (but that is manageable).
