Fantastic Stay, Excellent Service!

My room was a Signature Room Outdoor Jacuzzi. It featured modern decor. The outdoor jacuzzi offered amazing relaxation after a day of exploring. Breakfast included numerous options, and each choice was delicious. The staff helped arrange a tour of the island, which I highly recommend. They were very good too ensure an enjoyable stay.

The music in the restaurant was a bit loud some evenings.

The staff seemed ready to assist with requests.

The room cleanliness was definitely not up to par. I found lots of hair on the floor. There were also blood stains seen on the towels which I found disgusting. Loud music played late at night, too.

the hotel is very clean and well-kept. the staff was smiling and looked happy. the hotel's shuttle service made it easy to reach the city centre and port in just a few minutes. i found the location quiet despite the proximity to the airport..

rooms with a view required climbing stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests.
