Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noted

My room was quite small. Space for luggage was lacking. The toilet flush did not work, requiring multiple attempts. The pool loungers were also dirty. I did not feel comfortable using them. The hotel charged for nights I did not stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a smile. housekeeping did a thorough job daily. They kept the room clean. reception quickly resolved a minor issue i reported.

I enjoyed the food. there was a good variety of options at each meal. i liked the fresh vegetables and fruit that were always available. the dining staff were very attentive. They made sure everyone had what they needed.

i found the pool very clean. sunbeds were available at any time, a real plus! our room, a triple room, was functional and spotlessly clean. it was close to the beach, only a 3 minute walk.

the lift was making a bit of noise sometimes though.
