friendly staff tuktuk tour unpleasant odor broken shower

i found the staff friendly. they arranged a tuktuk tour around the city for me. it was cheaper than i expected. they also arranged another tuktuk to get me to the station. i thought that was super nice!!! the terrace view was really gorgeous!!! i was able to enjoy the scenery. there were nice paths around the hotel to walk on. i really enjoyed exploring. the hotel is situated on a mountain. my room was on the same level as reception so it was quiet. the people there were very friendly and helpful.

i noticed the bedspread and pillow covers seemed old. they didn't seem very fresh. i noticed an unpleasant odor in the room. i didn't find any tissues, bottled water, or a kettle in the room. the room had a few mosquitoes. i also saw a lizard. the shower in my room wasn't working properly. the location was said to be close to the city center but it wasn't. the location was really inaccessible. it was very difficult to reach.
