the location felt central, providing simple access to shops. the efficient air conditioning kept my room a lovely temperature. the staff were helpful and cute, always ready to assist.
the room felt a little less clean than i hoped for. the bed wasn't the most comfortable for the beautiful room that i booked. i could hear noises from other rooms, and a better sound proof would have been amazing.

Really good stay with great service
ocean view cozy room replenished water rooftop pool
The sixth-floor room provided a beautiful ocean view, complete with passing trains each morning I found this scenic. The room was cleaned meticulously and felt very cozy I found this excellent. Replenished water bottles and tea and coffee packets were a plus. The rooftop swimming pool was clean and well kept I found this very important.
The WiFi connection was unreliable within the room itself I found this inconvinient.

The breakfast buffet offered a mix of local and western foods. There was fresh juice daily, alongside an omelette and Sri Lankan hoppers station with cooks preparing dishes to order. A diverse set menu provided local and international cuisines available at any time.

The hotel provides easy access to Port City, One Galle Face mall, and Gangaramaya Temple. It provides quick access to Colombo National Museum. The hotel provided convenient parking and had security outside making travel safe.

The front desk offered quick and seamless check in. The staff resolved any concerns swiftly and with care. The hotel manager was attentive.

The spacious bathroom had amenities including shampoo, conditioner, and body creams. Clean towels and a hairdryer were available in the room. The room was spacious and well kept. I think the wallpaper adds a unique touch.
