This hotel is excellently located. It's close to the town square and public transportation. many restaurants and shops are nearby, with easy access to all facilities a traveller could want. Everything is within a short walk.

The staff was super nice and very responsive to requests i had. they were also helpful with directions and suggestions about the nearby spots to visit. This enhanced my overall experience. i got quick assistance whenever needed.

The parking lot was near, just a 300-meter walk from the hotel. it was really useful! the lift helped us get to our floor easily, and the overall design of the hotel was attractive. All facilities added to the comfort.

Breakfast had a menu that lets you pick two drinks and a dish. you could select pancakes, healthy options, or eggs prepared in various styles. I think they also had a breakfast similar to the english style, made mornings convenient and yummy!!!

The hotel interior featured a modern design with nice touches. Monument Square offered many bars and restaurants. The staff showed kindness and offered assistance, answering any questions I had. The room was very clean each day. This added much value.

There were stairs beyond the first floor lift. This limited access.
