i found the staff responded quickly to requests. the beds were very comfortable. i found the installed heating system perfect. the design felt quite comforting and elegant.

The breakfast area became a little noisy during peak hours, especially around 5.30 am. It slightly detracted from an otherwise serene experience.

The breakfast was delicious with good variety. Staff members were kind and helpful . My room was a good size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I had a large bathroom with a great shower.

There was no luggage rack in my room. The space felt small and a little cramped. I also didn't find the iron that was supposed to be available.

the hotel's location was great, close to everything i wanted to see.

the room felt quite cramped and it lacked basic amenities like a proper closet. the carpet seemed unhygienic, and the single-pane windows were fogged up inside each morning. the hotel bar was never staffed and seemed very uninviting.
