Suites and Amenities

Moana Surf Resort provides suites with air conditioning and private entrances. Each suite features a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and microwave. Suites include a flat-screen TV with cable, a coffee machine, a dining area, and a wardrobe. Bathrooms offer a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries formulated for Moana. Select rooms have balconies with loungers or hammocks and seating areas. There are family rooms and studios available.

Breakfast at Kalma

Moana Kalma serves breakfast every morning from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. The breakfast includes cheeses, gallo pinto, bread, pastries, smoothies, tea, and coffee.

Surf and Activities

Moana Surf Resort provides surf lessons and coaching for all skill levels, including children. CSR Surf Coaching(TM) technique is used. Surf trips, surf photography, video analysis, and stretching sessions are available. Other activities include horse riding and snorkeling. Yoga classes are available at Moana Kalma Studio. Massages are available and customized.

Location and Access

Moana Surf Resort is located at the north end of Playa Guiones, 10 km from Nosara. It features private beach access through a jungle path. Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport is the closest airport. The hotel can arrange shuttle services from Liberia, San Jose, or Nosara's airport. Landmarks nearby include Nosara Refuge for Wildlife (3 km), MAEL's ABSTRACT ART GALLERY (4.5 km), SIBU Wildlife Sanctuary (4 km), and Gabi's Place (1 km).

Resort Services

Moana Surf Resort provides fiber-optic Wi-Fi, cable HD TV, and a shared lounge. There is a 24-hour front desk. Laundry services are available for a fee. Guests have free use of the office center. Daily maid service is included. The resort uses local, organic, and biodegradable toiletries and environmentally conscious cleaning supplies.
