The hotel offers various room options: Twin Sea View rooms include furnished balconies; Superior Double Sea View rooms feature king-size beds; Junior Suites include a king-size bed with a sofa bed; Sea View Suites are also available. Some rooms constructed in 2021 offer private plunge pools. All rooms include: a bathroom with a bathtub, mini-bar, satellite TV with 40 channels, safe deposit box, and individual climate control. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Champagne is offered upon arrival in select rooms. Suites include a Nespresso machine and a docking station.

Dining options at Mitsis Summer Palace include Panorama restaurant, open for all meals with extended buffets and show cooking. A continental breakfast is available from 04:00 to 07:00. A full American buffet is served from 07:00 to 10:30. Zia snack restaurant offers burgers, gyros, hot dogs, and salads. The Med à la carte Mediterranean restaurant serves brunch and dinner. Den à la carte barbeque is also available. Meals include wine, beer, ouzo, soft drinks, juices, and coffee. Baywatch Beach Bar serves refreshments during the summer.

The hotel provides a fitness center, two tennis courts, beach volleyball, and beach football. Guests have access to pools and a playground at Mitsis Norida. Other activities: aerobics, yoga, water polo, and swimming. A sauna room is on-site. For an additional charge, boat trips, horse riding, and water sports are available.
