Misty Hills offers 200 stone-built rooms and suites, each decorated with African fabrics. Rooms feature satellite TV and tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Junior Suites include a lounge area, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Executive Suites, located in the gardens, add an outside shower in a private garden. Some rooms have garden views.

The Summerhouse Restaurant has wooden floors and windows overlooking botanical gardens, serving a la carte and buffet-style menus. The Carnivore Restaurant offers an African dining experience with a variety of game and domestic meats charcoal-grilled. There is also a gymnasium with exercise equipment.
