insufficient ventilation rattling air conditioning

the staff responded promptly to my inquiries. the location was acceptable.

The soundproofing proved inadequate. Noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor was disruptive. i found the bathroom ventilation to be insufficient. the air conditioning unit made an unsettling rattling sound at night, i insisted on it being addressed.

usb port clean room comfortable bed

The staff was really amazing. usb and usb-c ports were right at the wall outlets. the room was bright. It was perfectly clean too. the bed is huge, it is really comfortable.

i noticed a slight noise from the street.

helpful staff super clean room daily cleaning

Vanessa and another lady from Lithuania at reception were very helpful. They gave advice about the hotel and local area. The room was super clean, also comfortable, and cleaners maintained it daily (they did not mind the DND sign).

The pillows were too thin (i should have asked for another set).
