Mingle Place by The Park has air-conditioned rooms. A double room includes a minibar, flat-screen TV, a working desk, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The bathrooms have showers with rainfall showerheads, slippers, hair dryers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Rooms also have free WiFi and safes. Some rooms have access to a terrace. Single rooms have a 2.5' single bed, outdoor balcony, and a working desk. Every room features traditional Chinese style cups, teapot and mug, classical telephone set.

Mingle Place by The Park is in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. It is a 5-minute walk to Wan Chai MTR Station. Wanchai Park and Jockey Club Garden are just behind the hotel. Mingle Place by The Park is a hotel in the heart of Wan Chai, in a half-century-old vintage 1960's "balcony " style "Tong Lau " residential building. It aims to bring visitors back to the old colonial days of Hong Kong, letting guests experience a classical "Tong Lau". It is the fourth in the Mingle Genesis. Each floor is named after seasonal flowers. The 1st floor is named Du (Azalea). The hotel showcases artworks from the early years of Hong Kong, 1960's and today.
