surprising comfort near termini
great location helpful staff luggage storage
The location is great. It's easy to get to termini station. the staff was helpful, and luggage storage is available around the clock, nice. breakfast had a decent selection to get me started each morning.
the shower space was a bit tight.

The reception operates 24/7. This provided peace of mind, especially with late arrivals. the staff were always ready to assist with directions and queries. i found them polite. always.

poor breakfast limited selection
The air conditioning barely worked . I was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was also quite disappointing. The selection seemed limited, and the quality was not what I expected. I would have appreciated a cooler room and a better start to my days.
