excellent location near queen vic market
perfect location family trip excellent standard
the hotel had a perfect location for our family trip. its a short walk to the queen vic market and the city's cbd. trams run right outside the front of the hotel. i found the pool and fitness center to be of a very high standard.
the beautiful apartment i booked was smaller than i thought. the dishwasher was not working properly and the clothes dryer was inefficient. a bathroom tile was held up with tape after it fell off the wall so i thought they could improve the maintenance.

the executive two-bedroom apartment featured comfortable beds and a well-planned kitchen, which i found very convenient. the apartment included two bathrooms, a bonus for our group. i appreciated the cleanliness and thoughtful layout , made the space very functional.

amazing stay, great value!
convenient location good gym secure reception balcony view
i found the location super convenient, it was close to everything i needed, especially public transport and the victoria market nearby! the gym was pretty good. i loved the staffed reception. the apartment view from the balcony on the 23rd floor was awesome, something i really enjoyed after long days. the value was amazing for what i got.
the powerpoint in the main bathroom seemed a bit loose, i did notice it wasn't working perfectly.

the executive two-bedroom apartment was spacious, very clean, and equipped with a good range of kitchenware, i could cook anything! the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night after exploring the city.

The pool, sauna, and spa were fantastic additions. i took full advantage. I made it part of my daily routine! the gym was well equipped and air conditioned, with a superb space for a workout.

Aldi supermarket right at the entrance was handy. i also liked that a superb pub and starbucks were just a block away. This made getting groceries and quick bites super simple!

the hotel is located only one block from the free tram zone, a major bonus , made getting around effortless! everything i needed seemed within easy reach. i could walk to many key places i wanted to visit.
