Garni Hotel Miklic features guestrooms with laptop-friendly workspaces, complimentary WiFi, and safes. Room options include double rooms (one bed, sleeps 2), family rooms (three beds, sleeps 3), and apartments (two bedrooms). Each room includes free toiletries, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer, wardrobe, a safe deposit box, a carpeted floor, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Family rooms add a seating area. Apartments feature a well-equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware) and a living room. Select rooms offer mountain views from the balcony. A local ventilation system provides fresh air in all rooms 24 hours a day. Amenities include ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, garden furniture, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, and an electric kettle.

The hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet with homemade jams, honey from Slovenian forests, cheeses, fruit, vegetables, and local meats. Options include oatmeal, muesli, homemade yoghurts from a farm 2 km away, fresh bread, and pastries. Breakfast is also available to outside visitors. Guests can choose bed and breakfast or half board. Half board includes breakfast and a meal served between 11:00 and 20:00, consisting of a starter, a main dish, a salad, and a dessert. Breakfast is available as a la carte or in packaged form to take away. The spacious restaurant serves prepared natural food and a wide selection of wines from Slovene winemakers. A meal is available between 11:00 and 20:00 as an additional meal.
