the building had character and look grand, and I must say it had pretty big walled gardens. my room was big and i enjoyed the balcony and sea view a lot. also, breakfast was included, so i could eat for free!
the air conditioning dont work, and , made for a hot night. the pool seemed out of order, and i was upset about that. the entire place looked a little run down I must say.

mixed feelings about this stay
uncomfortable bedtea facilities
the bed was uncomfortable. the old mattress was lumpy and mismatched. no mattress topper was provided so i felt the joins between the single beds. it. i also found the lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the room quite irritating. overall, the room fell short of basic expectations.

the historical building is gorgeous and it stands within a very big park. i enjoyed a good breakfast with many options. the swimming pool seemed well kept and clean. the staff gave me helpful advice about local attractions and transportation options. the location is very close to the archaeological site.
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective during the hot days

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the herculaneum excavation site a feature i found particularly useful for early morning visits avoiding crowds. The proximity to local shops is also convenient for daily needs.

The hotel grounds include extensive gardens perfect for a stroll. a sizable swimming pool is available offering a refreshing escape. I saw that there were ample loungers near the pool for relaxation.

The staff showed attentiveness and readily provided assistance i needed. they offered local advice and directions, and the reception staff seemed quite efficient during check-in. Their professional manner added to the stay.
