The room was quite outdated. The furniture seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. additionally, the breakfast quality was disappointing. The food selection was limited and didn't meet expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the coffee tasted weak. The pastries seemed stale. it reminded me of i was settling for less than i paid for. I would prefer a higher standard considering the price point

I found the pool and poolside area very nice. There was even a manned bar. my expansive room offered views from the balcony toward isola capri on one side and mount vesuvius on the other. hot water was available instantly. the buffet breakfast featured fruit, cereals, pastries, and hot options including scrambled eggs.

i had a minor issue with transport, as there seemed to be limited local taxi service and i had not rented a car. it felt a bit isolated without a car.

The beds were comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep.

The air conditioning was a major issue. It blasted cold air constantly, and the controls did not work (I couldn't adjust the temperature at all!). the breakfast was very basic. The selection was limited and the quality wasn't great.

amazing staff and a fine hotel

the staff stood out. Antonio was polite and helpful. he were great, making my stay nice! thomas, our waiter, greeted us with a smile each morning, and i appreciated it. all the staff were amazing, and i can only thank them!

I found that transport was a little difficult, since there is no local taxi service. I had not hired a car on this trip. it felt a bit unsafe walking on the road. i was able to walk to the leopardi train station.
