Excellent Hotel for Skiing Holiday

warm ski room secure ski room direct access great restaurant

The ski room was warm and secure. I had direct access to the slopes from the hotel. A main lift was opposite the hotel entrance which was very convenient. The hotel had a great restaurant.

I think that the front desk staff communication between them could be improved.

Staff were friendly and always available. Lucy was particularly helpful and she. The service ensured that my needs were met efficiently .

Breakfast is great and there was a lot of choice. I believe that the price for the stay should include breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic and the food was very good.

The family room I stayed in was spacious and I had a very comfortable bed. A nice big balcony was a great addition. The bathroom was a good size and included all the essentials.

The spa facilities were lovely and very relaxing after a day skiing. I liked that a steam room and an ice bath were available. A jacuzzi looked out at the mountains which topped off my day.

dark hair empty dispenser

The location allowed easy ski in ski out access to the slopes. This feature greatly simplified our daily routine.

The room cleaning was SUBSTANDARD. I found several long, dark hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. The shower gel dispenser was empty, quite inconvenient after a long day of skiing. The elevator also had a loud screeching sound. It startled me every time.

dirty floor missing toiletries

The ski locker provided easy access to the slopes, it was very convenient.

The room cleaning was sub par, and there were issues. Our bathroom lacked toiletries, THERE was no shower gel dispenser. The floor seemed dirty, i found a bottle cap under the bed. I was disappointed with this level of detail considering the price.
