the room was very quiet a separate entrance muffled noise from the hallway i appreciated that. good luggage storage was available. the front desk clerk was polite when i arrived he suggested i store my luggage since the room wasn't ready.
the air conditioning did not work in the room it was a problem. the walls are thin i heard people talking late into the night. it's said no smoking but the smell of smoke was everywhere i disliked that

The location is very convenient to the cathedral and other attractions. I noticed a grocery store directly across from the hotel. I also.
My room was quite noisy. The ventilation was very limited, made the room hot. I also noticed that some of the lights flickered annoyingly.

the location was convenient to the train and bus station.
My room was next to the reception and lacked proper sound insulation. I heard every conversation! also, the bright light shining into my room at night was a real problem was good.

the hotel is near the train station and airport bus. a supermarket is across from the entrance it is open 24 hours. the staff responded quickly to our messages before arrival.
i could hear neighbor's footsteps from upstairs and doors closing.
