Excellent Location and Friendly Service

The hotel is centrally located. One can easily walk to many attractions. A restaurant bar inside allows guests to enjoy lunch or dinner. The staff booked taxis for us whenever we requested one. Lydia, the manager, offered friendly assistance with taxi arrangements and other needs. I found her very helpful.
The room I had was rather small. That was slightly disappointing.

The room included clean sheets and towels. I found this very nice. Complimentary water bottles, tea, and coffee were provided daily. Good water pressure was present in the shower.

Ibrahim was always available. This was regardless of the time of day. The staff exhibited excellent kindness and helpfulness. A small welcome gift was delivered to our door on the second day of our stay.

Galata Tower is within a short walking distance. The metro station is also nearby. Transportation options, including trams and buses, are easily accessible. This made exploring the city convenient!

Breakfast included cheeses, eggs, salads, cold cuts, fresh vegetables, fruits, and pastries. Coffee, tea, and juice were available. I considered these various. I found the offerings generous and delicious.
