location were prime. breakfast offers nice choices. ski locker presents a good convenience. i found these aspects were useful. also, the staff were really kind. these benefits made things easier. i am grateful for all the attentiveness.
the spa area need a little more attention to detail for better upkeep. i think a little more maintenance would be great.

the hotel has a great location close to the ski lifts. ski lockers are easily accessible, providing practical storage. i found the staff to be cute and friendly. the tea service all day was a bonus.
the bathroom drainage was slightly slow. this caused minor flooding after showering.

The location is great. It provides easy access to chairlifts and gondolas (ski room access is simple). Ski lockers include helpful boot heaters. Staff members like Elise were super. She booked dinner for us and was a breath of fresh air. Margot and Kevin were available whenever needed. the night manager was very helpful, getting us on our way after an early breakfast.
