fantastic ski trip!

great location on-site facilities lovely bar early breakfast

I loved the ski in ski out location. It made hitting the slopes super easy. the on-site ski facilities were a major plus for convenience. i also really enjoyed the bar and restaurant (especially after a long day skiing!). on our departure day, the hotel opened the restaurant early for breakfast. That was great customer service.

the room was a bit small, but it was functional for a short stay.

The hotel restaurant offered a delicious savoyarde fondue that was homemade. It was perhaps the best i have ever tasted! a french breakfast was available with tasty options. quality meats were served in the main meal, and the desserts were home-made too.

Our room was spacious and had nice views of the slopes. I really enjoyed the view of the pistes (room 603 was the room, and it was really nice). beds were comfortable, and the room was cosy and of a good enough size for our whole family.

the staff were helpful, and the front desk girls answered all our questions. the hotel accommodated an injury we sustained and were really supportive. the staff was excellent and friendly.

Acceptable Location, Some Disappointments

poor cleanliness repetitive food

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a definite plus.

The room was not very clean. I found hairs in the bathroom and on the bedding when I first arrived, and the floor was not vacuumed daily. Dirt accumulated. the food was quite repetitive, lacking variety from day to day, so I ended up dining out more often than planned.
