The staff proved friendly and helpful. The spacious underground car park accommodated my car even post-checkout. I thoroughly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The restaurant offered delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. I especially appreciated the hostess at both lunch and dinner. She spoke great English and always showed help.

The room seemed a little compact, though it had everything i needed.

Staff members were helpful, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. Their friendly attitude created a cute atmosphere. They accommodated my request to leave my car in the underground parking. This service added significant value.

the location was fantastic, near the ski lifts. the bar area had a lovely feel, i found the staff super friendly.

the bedroom was very poor and dated! it had no storage, so i lived out of my suitcase. cleanliness in the bedroom was also poor, unfortunately.

superb stay!

I found the heated outdoor pool AMAZING!!! the good restaurant offered nice evening meals. the staff was very accommodating. They even let me keep my car in the spacious underground car park after i checked out. it really made my departure stress-free.

The safe in my room wasn't fixed to anything, so i could have just tucked it under my arm and walked out. That definitely needs attention.
