I enjoyed the convenient underground parking that linked directly to the hotel. The lift made access easy. My room offered sufficient space and included ample bathroom storage. I especially liked the varied seating options at the bar, styled with a charming vintage aesthetic. The outdoor terrace presented views of Porta Nigra.

The check-in process felt slightly impersonal, lacking a warmer welcome, but it was efficient.

The location was perfect. My room overlooked the Porta Nigra, and the view was beautiful. The staff was polite and spoke multiple languages. I also appreciated the convenience of the underground parking.

The breakfast was a standout!!! I particularly enjoyed the great selection of food. The location is another huge plus. The town is a short walk away. Underground parking kept my car safe, dry and warm.

The room was cold, a problem I reported immediately. The radiator was barely warm. The air conditioner only blew air, neither warm nor cold. Eventually, a space heater was brought in.
