Excellent hotel, central location!!!

extensive buffet front desk staff water project
The breakfast was first class and featured an extensive buffet with great coffee. The front desk staff were helpful. The hotel had an eco friendly water project, which used a fountain and glass bottles.
There were some minor inconveniences.

The room was quite spacious. I appreciated that. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. I chose not to have breakfast there, but many bakeries exist nearby. I could walk to all the sights I wanted.
The parking garage was a little tight. It was not clearly described.

central location and helpful staff

central location english-speaking staff secure parking
the location worked very well, being central and within walking distance of major attractions. the staff were friendly and spoke english at reception. the secure parking under the hotel was convenient , though steep. the hotel offered good value.
the interior felt a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, though clean. i noticed the need for some updates to bring it up to modern standards. i hope that the management would renovate the bathrooms. paper cups were the only option in the room for tea and coffee.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel provides water in glass bottles near reception , both sparkling and still, available for free. there are elevators for easy access to all floors , though a few steps lead to the breakfast area. the bar is nice.

the parking access was slightly challenging, requiring a specific code to lower bollards.

decent location, some issues

excellent location friendly staff helpful staff sewage smell difficult parking big car
the hotel location was excellent. i could easily walk to nearby attractions. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the assistance with directions.
The bathroom smelled a bit weird when i arrived. it got worse in the morning. There was a strong sewage smell in the entire room. i told the reception, but they just shrugged. the underground parking was difficult to navigate. i have a big car (it's a family car!), and i struggled with the access and size.
