good breakfast tv screen nice shower efficient process

i enjoyed the good breakfast with a great value. the big tv screen in the room was a treat. the nice shower included a big overhead showerhead, i loved it! check in and check out were very efficient, , made things easy.

the room lighting was a little bit depressing. the cups were just paper cups and not proper ones. it was a small thing, but noticeable.

major roadworks missing phone

I was pretty annoyed by the noise. roadworks were directly outside my room, and nobody told me beforehand. i'd asked for a quiet room, but it seems i got the opposite. also, there was no phone in the room. it felt odd to use my mobile to call room service.

prime location walking distance juice machine friendly staff

Location was prime. The train station was close, and city attractions were within easy walk. Breakfast offers variety. The fresh squeezed orange juice machine worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly, providing directions when needed.

The roadworks outside made unloading luggage a little difficult.

lovely staff nice breakfast major roadworks quiet room

the staff were lovely. breakfast was really nice. the hotel's location is excellent next to the central station!!!

i was very angry we were not informed of major roadworks directly outside our room after requesting a quiet room. this work had obviously been going on for some time. i was only told by email after we couldn't cancel and move to another quieter hotel.

fantastic stay!!!

friendly staff handy car park premium room

i found the staff really friendly. the car park was very handy in a city center. i had a premium room, so i could use the nespresso machine, and breakfast was available from a lovely bakery just across the road. there was even a grass area right outside, perfect as i brought my dog.

the room was a bit shabby, i think.
