Decent Stay, but Some Issues

The room was quite small, it surprised me. I also found the breakfast selection limited, it didn't offer many options. The staff seemed understaffed, and service was slow. I waited a long time to get assistance at the front desk and this was disappointing. it was an okay stay, but the hotel needs some improvements.

The breakfast service disappointed me. Some items ran out and were not replenished for over half an hour. the bar staff seemed more interested in watching football than serving customers. I had to ask the front desk for assistance before anyone acknowledged me at the bar. There were no good restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.

the hotel was near the ferry and the restaurant was open and i did not need to search for food.

the pillows inside contained hairs, it was gross. the receptionist seemed annoyed. breakfast had variety but some items were not fresh, like they were old.

I had a less than stellar experience. The bar staff seemed more interested in watching football. It took a while to get their attention. What I thought was another customer turned out to be staff, who only offered service after I asked the front desk for help. This made relaxing difficult.
