the rooftop bar offered beautiful views of the city at night , it was quite nice.

the staff seemed rude , we asked them to heat a popcorn packet for 3 minutes for my kid , and they wanted to charge us 100 thai baht for using the microwave. i could not believe it. this policy felt very unwelcoming and penny-pinching. it definitely soured my overall opinion of the service.
