small room, disappointing service

confusing signage small room

the hotel was modern and in a central location on surawong road.

upon arrival, parking and access to the lobby was confusing. the signage wasn't clear at all. i was given an upgraded room, but it was still small. moving around the room was difficult because the bed was so close to the wall.

rude staff microwave fee

the rooftop bar offered beautiful views of the city at night , it was quite nice.

the staff seemed rude , we asked them to heat a popcorn packet for 3 minutes for my kid , and they wanted to charge us 100 thai baht for using the microwave. i could not believe it. this policy felt very unwelcoming and penny-pinching. it definitely soured my overall opinion of the service.
